Bebita

Bebita serves as the Nursing Superintendent at Icchaa Fertility, leading and supervising the nursing team across both OT and OPD services since August 2022. She plays a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day clinical operations while maintaining the highest standards of patient care and nursing excellence.

She also works closely with the HR team for the recruitment, onboarding, and credentialing of new nursing staff, ensuring that every team member meets the clinic’s quality and care standards.

In addition, Bebita actively trains the nursing team on biomedical waste segregation, clinical documentation, and emergency response protocols, helping maintain a safe, compliant, and patient-focused care environment.
